The Principles of Wind Power Generation
Transforming the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical kinetic energy, and then converting mechanical energy into electrical kinetic energy, is called wind power generation. The principle of wind power generation is to use wind power to drive the blades of a windmill to rotate, and then increase the speed of rotation through a booster engine to drive the generator to generate electricity. According to windmill technology, a gentle wind speed of about three meters per second (the degree of gentle wind) can start generating electricity. Wind power generation is forming a trend around the world because it does not require the use of fuel, nor does it generate radiation or air pollution.
