Our company occupies a site of 27,000 square meters, with a factory floor area of 18,000 square meters. We have a registered capital of RMB 50 million and are equipped with specialized production lines and machinery for manufacturing anchor bolt assemblies, including medium-frequency induction heat treatment equipment, high-speed circular saw machines, CNC external cylindrical lathes, precision roller‑type shot blasting machines, Dacromet surface‑treatment lines, CNC plasma cutting machines, large CNC machining centers, plate‑leveling machines, gas‑shielded welding systems, and hot‑dip galvanizing spray lines. In addition, we maintain a comprehensive suite of testing and experimental equipment, such as magnetic particle flaw detectors, microcomputer‑controlled electro‑hydraulic servo universal testing machines, horizontal anchor bolt tensile testing machines, wireless‑transmission ultrasonic flaw detection stations, low‑temperature impact testers, and salt‑spray corrosion test chambers. We are a professional manufacturer that simultaneously possesses the capabilities to produce and process prestressed anchor bolts and anchor plates for wind turbines, supported by a fully equipped testing infrastructure. Our team comprises 20 technical and nondestructive‑testing personnel, including five senior‑rank professionals, and 16 after‑sales service staff.
The company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for occupational health and safety management, and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management. It rigorously adheres to these standards to ensure product quality. Currently, the company operates under well‑established management practices, boasts comprehensive equipment, and employs state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing processes. With an average monthly output exceeding 2,500 tons, its annual production capacity surpasses 30,000 tons, including up to 3,000 sets of wind turbine anchor bolt assemblies per year.
